Privacy policy

Klampd ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and who we share it with. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, mobile number, delivery address, what you bought and the PayPal transaction reference.
- Messages you send us by email or the contact form.
- Basic technical data our hosting provider logs automatically (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure.
We never see or store your card or PayPal login details. Payments are handled entirely by PayPal.
How we use it
- To process, print, ship and support your order, including sending your receipt and tracking emails.
- To answer your questions, handle returns and warranty claims, and meet our legal and tax obligations.
We don't sell your information and we don't send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
- Our print and fulfilment partner receives your name, delivery address, phone number and the frame sizes, only so they can make and post your order.
- PayPal (payments), Netlify (website hosting and order records), Resend (order emails) and Zoho (our support mailbox). Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States.
- Couriers such as Australia Post, to deliver your parcel.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for 7 years for tax purposes, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your cart and contact details are saved in your own browser's local storage so they're there when you come back. PayPal may set its own cookies during checkout.
